• $140 per Initial Assessment- 55 Minute Session
• $120 per Individual Session- 55 Mintue Session
• $75 per Power Up Coaching Session- 30 Minute Session
• $499 per Empowerment Coaching Package

Insurance

We only accept limited insurance carriers in our headquarter state of Illinois. All other states are self pay and considered Coaching services.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Once we have confirmed your appointment request, you will receive an email to join our client portal. In this portal you can share documents with us. We ask that you upload a picture of the front and back of your insurance card at least 48 hours before your appointment. This is necessary so we can verify your insurance, otherwise you will be required to pay out of pocket for your initial appointment.

Payment

I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. You can also pay directly on my site on this page.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
